Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Experience with network administration, LAN/WAN management
  • Proficiency in Active Directory user management and security practices
  • Hands-on experience with router setup and configuration (including MikroTik)
  • Familiarity with data backup and recovery processes
  • Ability to manage email configurations (POP3, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
